Viking is Growing!

Proposed LandAs part of the Town of Viking growth plans, the Town is looking to expand in size by annexing land.

The lands, located on the north-west corner of Viking adjacent to Hwy. 36, were purchased by the Town of Viking and include land held by private people.

The annexation process permits one municipality to acquire lands that are adjacent for the purposes of development.

The intent of Town Council is to look for commercial/Highway opportunities by having land available to develop.

This notice is posted as a requirement of the annexation process.
